Oregano Oil and Coconut Oil

Oregano oil has anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiseptic and anti-spasmodic properties. It is said that it can remove skin tags anywhere between 3 weeks to 2 months.

You can mix oregano oil with some coconut oil as a carrier oil and rub this into your skin tags three times per day. You should gradually see the skin tag going darker until it finally falls off. A smaller tag will be affected quicker than a larger tag.

Castor Oil and Baking Soda

Castor oil works by softening and cleaning the skin, while baking soda helps to dry the skin tag out. This remedy has been used to remove moles, tumors and brown spots as well as skin tags.

You can rub castor oil into the skin tag on it own, five times per day. Or you can mix baking soda in with the castor oil until you get a nice thick paste that you apply to the skin tag.

Cover the area with a bandage and let it sit and do its work overnight. It is recommended that you repeat this process for up to 10 days, when you should see the skin tag fall off.

Garlic

Not just for adding flavor to food, garlic has anti-oxidants, selenium and enzymes that help break down the skin tag. Use about 4 cloves of fresh garlic and mince, crush or puree into a paste that can be applied to the skin tag.

Cover it up and let it sit overnight. When you wake in the morning, wash it off. This should be repeated every night and can take 3 to 4 weeks for the skin tag to disappear.

Pineapple

Pineapple is rich in antioxidants, minerals and vitamins and one of the natural ways to remove skin tags. It not only hydrates out skin, giving it a smoother and more youthful appearance, but helps clear away those dead skin cells. It also promotes collagen generation in the body.

For skin tags, all you need to do is blend a few pieces of pineapple and apply the juice to the skin tag. You can repeat this three times per day and should see results in 2 to 4 weeks.

 

Fig Juice

For this remedy the juice found in the stem of a fig us used. The juice helps boost the immune system and can help prevent infections of the skin. It also balances out the pH level of the skin, and its antioxidants, Vitamin C and B6 all assist in removing pimples, warts skin tags and moles.

You can blend the fig stems to extract the juice and use a cotton ball to apply the juice directly to the skin tags. Leave the juice on and reapply it 3 times per day. Results are usually seen within 3 weeks.

Lemon Juice

Lemon juice is one of the best natural ways to remove skin tags. Lemon juice’s citric acid works to dry out the skin tags while killing off any bacteria. The calcium and magnesium found in lemons also helps boost the immune system and has been used to prevent number of skin issues when used as a cleanser.

Use one whole lemon and squeeze to extract the juice. This can then be applied to the skin tag and repeated 3 times per day. Results should be seen in about 2 to 3 weeks.

Turmeric and Aloe Vera

Another combo used as a natural way to remove skin tags is a Turmeric and Aloe Vera blend. Turmeric has anti-bacterial properties that purify and fight infections. Aloe Vera has long been hailed as a healing plant, with its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It works by breaking down the bacteria located inside and under the skin tag and removed them leaving no scars behind.

Extract the Aloe Vera gel from a fresh leaf and mix this with Turmeric until you have a paste. This paste can be applied to the skin tag using a cotton ball, which you can then bandage to the skin and leave on overnight. This should be repeated daily until the skin tag falls off.

Banana Peel

The antioxidants in banana peels help to clean the skin and remove any bacteria, and the vitamins found in bananas are what helps in removing the skin tags. You also have potassium, which works to moisturize the skin. Simple take the peel of a banana and cut a piece off that will cover the skin tag area.

 

Using the wet side of the peel, rub it on the tag and then bandage the peel in place over the skin tag to leave overnight. This should be repeated every night and results should be seen in a few weeks time.
